Wilfred is an experienced Lawyer having qualified as an Advocate in 1992. He is an expert in Labour Law and Business Law and leading advocate in civil and criminal litigation, human rights, company incorporation, conveyances on behalf of several commercial banks, in addition to pro bono litigation on behalf of Kituo cha Sheria and FIDA. He has undertaken extensive consultancies on Gender Equality, Human Rights, and also has consulted for the Transitional Authority in carrying out a Quick Readiness Assessment for the Transfer of Functions to County Governments, consulted for the Ministry of Labour on Common Law aspects of Occupational Health and Safety, consulted for Barclays Bank on intellectual property rights, incorporation of Companies and law on Business Associations in addition to consulting for FIDA on Land Reforms and ICC/Transitional Justice options among others.
